The shortened completion duration is achieved by upfront work with our partnering solicitors to start the ball rolling, therefore, buyers have the flexibility to utilise traditional mortgage/finance options.

We ensure every offer made by a potential buyer is promptly communicated to the seller for review. Once an offer is received, we provide timely feedback to both parties to keep the process moving smoothly. If the offer is accepted, the buyer is required to pay the reservation fee identified in the property advertisement to secure the purchase.
